Rental Conditions

• Warranty: 2 months rent.

• Landlord and tenant make a description of the state at the start and at the end of the rental period. After compensation of any damage, the warranty is repaid to the tenant

• Monthly provision is to be paid on the 1st day of the month.

• Duration of the contract: 1 year. Extension is possible after agreement of the landlord.

• Early terminate of the contract is possible, after paying a compensation equal to 2 months rent.

• Price indexation: Annual indexation of rental price and costs. (+/- 2% per year.)

• Transmission of the rental contract to any other person, organization or company is not allowed.

• At most, 2 persons can live in a studio and 3 persons can live in a 2 bedroom apartment.

• A professional activity is not allowed. (it is a residential property)

• Smoking is not allowed in the building

• Animals are not allowed

• Making noise in the building is not allowed

• Waste must be dropped in the dustbin in front of the building

• The studio or apartment must be maintained by the tenant.. Thorough cleaning every weak is required.

• Modifications of any kind are not allowed: - Drilling holes - Reshuffle of furniture
